About the role
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage account budgets and forecast revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and goals.
- Present proposals and manage negotiations with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or account management.
- Proven track record of increasing client retention and revenue.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
