About the role
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed insights to clients.
- Present proposals and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of successful account management and client relationship building.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
