About the role
Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT) is a technology-based services firm that specializes in helping institutional investors identify, file claims, and collect funds from securities class action settlements. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client service provider for your assigned clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
- Apply proven client service techniques, methods, and tools to coordinate service across multiple accounts, develop task schedules, track client requests, and manage the progress of each request through to completion
- Document and communicate client priorities and pain points to internal teams
- Maintain records of client, prospect, and partner visits, appointments, contacts, and activities in FRT’s CRM
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Become a trusted advisor to clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners based on knowledge of client requirements and commitment to value
- Provide guidance to clients on upcoming participation opportunities, key industry topics, and best practices
- Partner with sales, marketing, and sales partners to demonstrate FRT’s value proposition to existing clients
- Listen to the needs of prospects and existing clients
- Identify and analyze clients’ business and issues in order to match the appropriate solution/technology to the clients' requirements and present it to the client
Requirements
- Experienced account manager with five years’ experience in key account management in the financial services industry
- Effective in driving successful business outcomes with clients and prospects
- A highly skilled client manager, influencer, negotiator, and organizer
- Self-directed and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited administrative support or hand-holding
- Highly collaborative, prioritizing collaboration over credit, and interested in building strong relationships with peers across corporate functions
- Naturally confident networker and relationship builder, able to build strategic relationships internally and externally, with an ability to lead inspirational presentations in an adaptive style
- Experienced in identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenues from existing clients
- Intellectually curious, with a passion for learning and a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth
Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of securities class action settlements and related processes

Pay
Base salary is experience-dependent and can range from $87,000 - $120,000 per year (based in MA).
