About the role
The Client Strategy team works closely with Business Development to enable every step of the Publisher onboarding process, from early stage demos, migration mapping and testing, to product support, technical troubleshooting, and final handoff of fully onboarded clients to Publisher operations. As a team, we work closely with high value publisher partners, providing strategic recommendations and consultation in a highly responsive context.
Responsibilities
- Give in-depth, technical demos of the SpringServe platform
- Work closely with CTV and Mobile In-App publishers to understand their business and technical needs
- Design and implement migration plans, ensuring uninterrupted performance and technical functionality to publishers coming onto the SpringServe platform
- Build close relationships with clients, acting as a technical resource for all things SpringServe during the onboarding process
- Communicate with stakeholders, internal and external, product needs and timelines, setting appropriate client expectations while delivering solutions that allow publisher onboarding
- Understand new and emerging AdTech specifications, keeping pace with new opportunities as they develop
- Work closely with internal teams to handoff fully onboarded accounts while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
Requirements
- 6+ years working with advertising technology
- Ad Server and CTV specific experience preferred, including a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape with attention to CTV and Mobile In-App
- Experience working with Mobile SDKs
- Clear and concise communication skills (verbally and in multiple written forms including email, Slack messages, and presentation decks)
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to form strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels within an organization

- Base salary range: $115,000 – $125,000 in California
- Base salary range: $115,000 – $125,000 in New York
- Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity
