Senior Accessibility & Integration Engineer
Active security clearance at the TS/SCI polygraph level is required.
About the role
We have an immediate need for a Test and Integration Engineer to support the shift from legacy, manual security evaluation processes to an automated model emphasizing continuous monitoring, real-time assessment, and end-to-end system verification. In this role, you will perform hands-on testing and integration of software/hardware products to verify requirements compliance, execute comprehensive test plans for accessibility (Section 508 compliance), and perform bare-metal or virtual system builds according to detailed engineering drawing packages.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience testing, integrating, and validating software and hardware products against defined engineering requirements and design models.
- Direct experience creating and executing test plans that verify federal accessibility standards (Section 508 / WCAG compliance) and user experience expectations.
- Practical experience building and provisioning systems to engineering drawing packages and physical specs.
- Hands-on experience loading, configuring, and sustaining operating systems (e.g., Linux/Unix distributions) and application dependencies.
- Capability to write clear test cases, record testing metrics, and collaborate with developers to resolve software and integration defects.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Data Analytics, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Finance/Economics, or a related discipline, PLUS 6+ years of specialized data analytics or financial intelligence experience.
- High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 8+ years of hands-on intelligence analysis, financial tracking, and data discovery experience in lieu of a degree.

Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $146,000-$173,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
