Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Investment Analyst to join a Long/Short Equity Technology (Semiconductor) team. The ideal candidate will have 1‑5 years of experience in public equities, with a strong academic background and a proven track record of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth fundamental research and analysis on semiconductor companies.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors impacting the sector.
• Support portfolio manager in portfolio construction and risk management.
• Participate in meetings with company management teams, industry experts, and sell‑side analysts.
• Continuously update and improve investment theses based on new information and market developments.

Qualifications

• 1‑5 years of relevant experience, focused on semiconductor public equities.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial statements, modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced, and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with AI tools, or eagerness to build fluency.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 (USD). In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
