What You'll Do
- Work alongside Engineering and Development teams to provide direct product feedback
- Be the part of the first heavy duty commercial Semi Service technicians in the field
- Support the Tesla Semi Fleet that will move Tesla cargo between our own factories
- Serve as a technician for Tesla Heavy Service Centers and their first customers
- Repair fleets as needed and support customer charging concerns
What You'll Bring
- A valid driver's license with ability to obtain and maintain a CDL
- Fluent in diagnosis and troubleshooting of heavy vehicle systems (such as engines, transmissions, LV/HV electrical)
- ASE Certification, 608/609 certifications (preferred)
- Ability to innovate, solve complex issues, present new ideas, and work well as part of a team
- Excellent commercial customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
- Willingness to travel as necessary (customer facilities, close geographical area, and training sites)
- Open to relocate based on program needs (a plus)
