About the Role
Join J.B. Hunt as a Dedicated Contract Services CDL-A driver and enjoy consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This position offers an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
Pay
- $0.52 per mile
- Live stop pay: $30 per stop (NYC deliveries: $75 per stop)
- Detention pay: $15 per hour after 2 hours
- Trainee pay: $225 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $87,500.

Schedule
Consistent home time with onsite management.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months trucking experience
This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance. Factors affecting annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week.
