J.B. Hunt is hiring semi-local CDL-A drivers for Dedicated Contract Services. This position offers consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer with an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Drivers enjoy frequent home time, onsite management, and paid online orientation.
Pay
- $0.58 – $0.656 per mile
- Daily rate: $30
- Live stop pay: $25.50 – $28.50 per stop
- Layover pay: $120
- Trainee pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Annualized earnings for drivers in this position over the last 6–12 months: $90,000 – $95,000
- Eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance
- Earnings affected by training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and days worked per week
