Selling Supervisor, Fashion Show - Diesel

Main Responsibilities

• Affords assistance to the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability.
• Effectively manages and supervises the store team and implements company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Takes a proactive approach to business trends and needs, acting as a positive role model for store personnel.
• Represents and supports the Diesel brand and values.
• Continuously improves and develops supervisory skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
• Assists with store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Performs omni-channel services and initiatives.

Qualifications

Benefits

Salary range: $16-$18 per hour.
