The Selling Supervisor will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team to provide an exceptional shopping experience, ensuring sales targets are met, maintaining high visual and operational standards, and supporting the overall performance of the store.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with a personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans.

Pay
Salary Range: $17–$18 per hour.
