Responsibilities

• Implement appropriate selling behaviors and exceed sales plans.
• Develop a clientele base.
• Maintain and gain knowledge on the brands we offer (Product Knowledge).
• Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events, and client builds.
• Handle ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and brand offerings.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Consultative selling and event planning experience.
