Responsibilities

• Implement the appropriate selling behaviors and exceed sales plans
• Develop a clientele base
• Maintain and gain knowledge of the brands we offer (Product Knowledge)
• Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events, and client build

Pay

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range of $13.00 - $18.00 per hour reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
