About the role
As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. You will service clients in-store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. This role is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobing
- Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person
- Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, leveraging omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
- Strategize your own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage
- Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
- Create a positive work environment through collaboration
Requirements
- Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
- Commission sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalency required

Pay
Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The salary range is $17.00 - $25.30 per hour, with actual starting pay determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include market, experience, and qualifications of the successful candidate.
