Selling Advisor - Contemporary (Weekend)

About the role

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. This onsite role at the specified location will report to the Sales Manager and requires weekend availability (Friday through Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobing
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, leveraging omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize your own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalency required
• A flexible work schedule

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range ($10.00 - $25.00) reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
