The Role
The Administrator at Everstory Partners plays a crucial role in creating a supportive and customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include contract processing, banking duties, cemetery processing, selling pre-need and need business, maintaining records, HR coordination, accounts payable and receivable management, deed and certificate processing, managing work orders, and reporting.
Requirements
- Multi-line phone skills
- Filing skills (alphabetically)
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with minimal errors
- Basic math and computer skills (word processing, Excel)
- Abide by all company policies and keep all employee and customer information confidential
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient organizational skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work well independently or as part of a team
- Valid state driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for some locations
- One-year experience in administration or customer service
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed

Pay
The pay range for this role is $15.00 per hour + commission on sales. The final salary will be determined based on a wide range of factors including skill set, experience, training, licensure, certification, and business and organizational needs.
