Self Unloading Delivery Driver

About the role

No CDL Needed. We’re looking for a reliable delivery driver to ensure customers receive our products in a safe and timely manner. Job seekers should have a valid driver’s license, a clean MVR, excellent customer service skills, and be able to pass a drug test. This position drives one of our Dodge Ram 3500s and will be pulling a 25-foot enclosed cargo trailer with tandem axles. Therefore, you must have experience and/or the willingness to learn to do so.

Responsibilities

• Hauling a 20-to-25-foot enclosed trailer equipped with tandem axles
• Self-unloading of the trailer
• Record inventory left at each customer location
• Ensure the accuracy of each trailer load
• Loading of the trailer
• Adhere to predetermined routes, schedules, and local traffic laws to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of new products for our customers
• Inspect orders before and after unloading for accurate delivery
• Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner to provide an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• Ability to pass (and keep the ability to pass) a drug screen, MVR, and background check
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move 25+ pounds
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to be away from home during the week and home on weekends
• Previous experience away from home and/or pulling a tandem axle trailer preferred
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Valid U.S. driver’s license in your state and clean driving record required
• Delivery driver or related job experience preferred

Pay

$35,000 - $40,000 yearly

Schedule

Away from home most Mondays through Thursdays (do not come home at night); home on weekends.
