Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences.Aspen Mini Storage is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Flagstaff location. As the on-site business leader, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional customer service, leading a small team, and maintaining a clean, secure, and profitable facility.If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys sales, operations, customer service, and continuous improvement, we'd like to meet you.What You'll DoLead all aspects of daily facility operations.Deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Executive Team.Maintain open line of communication with the Executive Team on all Facility matters.Drive occupancy, revenue growth, customer retention, and retail sales.Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.Manage rentals, payments, delinquent accounts, and lien processes in accordance with Arizona law.Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and well-maintained property, including light maintenance and seasonal snow removal.Coordinate vendors, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.Coach, schedule, and develop Assistant Facility Managers and other team members.Monitor financial performance, control operating expenses, prepare reports, and recommend operational improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws. QualificationsRequiredMinimum 2-3+ years of management experience in self-storage, property management, retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused business.Demonstrated success managing operations, revenue, expenses, and customer service.Previous leadership or supervisory experience.Strong sales, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.Valid Arizona driver's license with an acceptable driving record. PreferredSelf-storage industry experience.Knowledge of Arizona self-storage lien laws.Experience with Syrasoft or similar property management software.Experience with Google SuiteBudget management and small team leadership experience.
