SELF EMPLOYED FORKLIFT INSTRUCTOR
About the role
Join the UK’s leading forklift training provider as a Sub-contracted Forklift Instructor. Become your own boss, deliver accredited training to customers in your region, and work with companies across various industry sectors. Training is conducted on customer sites and at UK training centres.
We are currently seeking individuals based in Scotland, the Northwest, South, South Coast, and London. If you are outside these areas, you can still apply, and we’ll keep your details on record.
Requirements
When you begin working with Mentor Training, you will be required to have:
- All Instructors must go through a comprehensive induction process to ensure they are qualified and confident to deliver courses on customers’ sites unsupervised.
- Accreditation to AITT to deliver training courses at customer sites (ITSSAR, RTITB, or NPORS accredited Instructors can transition with our assistance).
Training & Support
Forklift Operators training to become Instructors will progress through the following:
- Mentor can assist with the financial cost of training or transitioning accreditation via a training agreement and reasonable repayment schedule.
- Support includes course costs, hotel expenses, and attendance payment to help you focus on becoming a qualified Instructor.
Pay & Schedule
Once qualified, you will be provided work by Mentor and travel within an agreed radius of your postcode. Pay is determined by our banding system.
