Selective Demolition Laborer

What You’ll Do

• Selective demolition: perform concrete demolition, saw cutting, drilling, material removal, and site preparation while maintaining safe and efficient work practices.
• Equipment operation & maintenance: operate, inspect, and maintain demolition, cutting, and drilling equipment; load, unload, and transport tools and materials, reporting any equipment issues as needed.
• Safety & compliance: follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and PPE requirements to maintain a safe work environment and compliant job site.
• Project support: assist with job‑site setup and teardown, excavation support, traffic control, and other construction activities.
• Team collaboration: work collaboratively with the crew to meet project schedules and production goals.
• Quality & professionalism: deliver high‑quality workmanship, protect surrounding property from damage, maintain clean and organized work areas, and represent the company professionally on all job sites.

Schedule & Location

Full‑time, Monday–Friday. Occasional travel, overtime, and double‑time. Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight travel as needed.
