Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to provide tailored risk management and benefit solutions
• Present USI’s technical solutions effectively to clients and prospects
• Participate in training programs to enhance your understanding and communication skills
• Contribute to the success of USI’s client-facing initiatives and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

$65,000 - $85,000 annually
