Select Client Service Advisor- Commercial Lines

About the role

The Select Client Service Advisor role is responsible for day-to-day account management for small to mid-sized clients. This role works to develop ongoing relationships with clients by supporting and facilitating sales, policy changes and claims. Position preferred in Racine or Kenosha, but eligible for Hartland or the Appleton region as well!

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer retention by providing #peoplefirst customer service by maintaining solid business-to-business relationships
• Reviews current coverage and recommends changes in coverage and markets as needed at each service contract
• Remarkets accounts as needed
• Secures quotes for new business opportunities
• Maintains orderly electronic files and information in accordance with agency standards
• Verifies accuracy and coverage adequacy of policies, requests changes to correct errors as needed
• Keeps informed of industry and new product information, coverages and technology to continuously improve knowledge base

Requirements

• Current Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in the first 60 days of employment)
• Well versed and has general knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the insurance industry
