Casualty Claims Specialist

The Casualty Claims Specialist will investigate and settle automobile bodily injury claims, as well as casualty claims involving severe injuries. Responsibilities include:

• Review and determine course of action on each file assigned
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain accurate documentation
• Support final disposition of a loss
• Collaborate with Third Parties, plaintiff counsel, Claim Director, and Chief Operating Officer
• Research case and statutory law
• Document policy status, coverage, liability, and damages
• Prepare and present claim evaluations for settlement authority
• Handle other duties as assigned

Property Damage Claims Specialist

The Property Damage Claims Specialist will handle investigation, determination of coverage, and prompt evaluation of auto property damage claims. Responsibilities include:

• Review and determine course of action on each file assigned
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain accurate documentation
• Support final disposition of a loss
• Collaborate with internal and external customers
• Organize, plan, and prioritize work activities
• Prepare and present claim evaluations for settlement authority
• Notify the Underwriting Department of adverse information
• Conduct business with vendors professionally
• Handle other duties as assigned

Pay

Estimated Compensation Range: $41,600/year - $75,000/year*
