Your local American Red Cross office is seeking a skilled lead volunteer to assist with new programming that promotes local volunteer recruitment initiatives in Northern New England. Here is what you could do as our Recruitment Lead Volunteer:

• Help manage a ambassador program that encourages current Red Cross volunteers to help promote new volunteer needs in their communities, often times rural communities.
• Facilitate a monthly planning meeting.
• Present virtual Lunch & Learns.
• Develop guidance and resources.
• Conduct volunteer check-ins.
• Among other projects that support recruitment initiatives and programming.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone who is creative, passionate about our Red Cross mission, has computer skills, effective communication skills, and time management skills, and who is detail oriented. This role can provide you with professional recruitment experience with a highly respected organization.
