Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

About the role

HH Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish) for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a residential apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents and provide excellent customer service
• Conduct property tours and communicate community features and available apartment homes
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assist applicants throughout the application and leasing process
• Process applications, leases, renewals, and other required leasing documentation
• Assist with HUD and Tax Credit eligibility and compliance documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized resident and applicant files
• Assist current residents with questions, concerns, and general office needs
• Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and affordable housing requirements
• Complete administrative duties and maintain accurate records
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Previous HUD housing experience required
• Tax Credit / LIHTC experience is required
• Previous multifamily apartment leasing experience
• Experience processing leasing applications and resident documentation
• Knowledge of Fair Housing practices
• Comfortable using property management, leasing, and general office software
• Strong understanding of affordable housing documentation and compliance procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced leasing environment
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
