Responsibilities

• Active monitoring of the premises, including access control and patrolling various locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites regarding personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout the shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer and technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilant throughout the shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.
• Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe Driver Certification.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of security protocols and practices.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
