Security Task Lead (STL)

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Security Task Lead (STL) to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Federal Government customer at the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). The Security Task Lead will provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel supporting DC3 security functions and will be responsible for performance across Security Tasks 13-18. This position is tied to a future business opportunity. Key Responsibilities Provide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting Security Tasks 13-18Ensure security-related activities are performed in accordance with PWS requirementsFacilitate communication between Government and contractor personnelApply industry best practices and proven methodologies to track and document security requirements and activitiesSupport continuous Government monitoring and evaluation of contractor performanceMaintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of contractor performance across assigned security functionsAssist the Government with applicable financial and business processes while excluding inherently governmental functionsExercise appropriate organizational authority to address Government issues, concerns, and commentsProactively identify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, performance, staffing, and resource limitations Required Qualifications TS/SCI security clearanceU.S. CitizenSecurity Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC); OR an equivalent qualification acceptable to the GovernmentThe Government specifically identifies potential SFPC alternatives including:NCMS Industrial Security Professional (ISP)ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP)Facility Security Officer (FSO) credentialsDemonstrated experience managing security programs of similar size and complexity may also be considered in lieu of SFPCMinimum of 3 years of experience within the last 10 years managing a security program of similar size and complexity to this PWS About One Federal Solution One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
