Responsibilities

  • A hunter with strong closing experience
  • Focused on a relationship driven sales process, partnering with the client to understand their needs
  • Experienced selling Access Control, Video Surveillance and Security Systems to small businesses and large enterprise level commercial clients
  • Has the ability to navigate longer sales cycles up to 4 months
  • The ability to problem solve and consult for the betterment of our clients. Leveraging that success to win more business and forge new relationships
  • Solid reason-based decision making skills
  • Extremely organized and exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • A mindset of continuous education and improvement

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, including listening and collaborative problem solving
  • Self-Motivated and quick learner
  • Must be computer literate and quick to learn software
  • Must have solid reason-based decision making skills
