Responsibilities
- Identify and remove individuals who are required to be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility under sections 1514, 1515, or 1516 of the act, or who are self-excluded from the gaming floor and gaming activities
- Provide immediate notice to designated supervisors, casino compliance representatives, and the Pennsylvania State Police upon detecting any individual who must be excluded or ejected under applicable sections and chapters
- Complete annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training
- Assist the Security & Facilities Manager with hiring, interviewing, training, progressive discipline, and terminations to maintain adequate staffing
- Produce reports and spreadsheets of Security activities
- Supervise Security employees who report directly to this position
- Assist with Security Officer duties and responsibilities as needed
- Maintain working knowledge of CMS system, including Cage, Pit, Credit, Marketing, Players Club, Player Tracking menus, and Self-Exclusion display
- Observe and evaluate possibly intoxicated guests and remove them from the property using all available resources to prevent impaired driving
- Assume overall command and control of emergency response procedures, including drills and evacuations, in the absence of the Security & Facilities Manager
- Ensure guests are not departing the property impaired by alcohol
- Supervise Valet employees in the absence of the Valet/Transaction Supervisor
- Review and adjust staffing levels daily to control costs while maintaining maximum guest satisfaction
- Supervise, coach, and counsel valet and transportation staff to ensure exemplary service
- Manage time-keeping, payroll, and staffing levels for the department
- Maintain knowledge of federal, state, local government, and gaming laws, including applicable OSHA regulations
- Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume business or industry, preferably in hospitality
- Ability to receive and maintain all required certifications
- Must complete all required company training
