About the role

The Overnight Security Supervisor at Nemacolin is responsible for overseeing the activities of various security personnel, managing emergency procedures, protecting Nemacolin assets, conducting investigations and surveillance, advising on security and safety concerns, maintaining a high level of security knowledge, issuing disciplinary actions when necessary, and maintaining and logging records.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise activities of various security personnel
  • Oversee emergency procedures
  • Supervise the protection of all Nemacolin assets
  • Conduct company related investigations and surveillance
  • Advise on course of action on security and safety concerns
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in regard to current security laws and policies
  • Issue disciplinary actions when appropriate
  • Maintain and log records of artwork and alarm system

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • PA Act 235 certification preferred, not required
  • Supervisory Experience preferred
  • At least 1 years’ experience working on a resort required
  • Able to work various shifts, including flex shift/float position
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Able to speak and write English
  • Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license
  • Able to speak English
