Security Supervisor - Data Center

About the Role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor to fulfill different assignments for our clients. The role requires a keen sense of observation, the ability to anticipate risk, and act accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into all business practices.
• Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and maintain high standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and reports.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, serving as the liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and assigned staff.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 and over with a valid driver's license and no restrictions.
• Must have previous security supervisor experience.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• State license required if applicable.

Schedule

Set schedule with multiple Full Time and Part Time positions available. Specific shifts will be discussed during the interview process.
