Security Supervisor - Corporate Client

Site Location: Santa Clara, CA

About the role

As a Security Shift Supervisor, you’ll build meaningful connections and use your natural ability to engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence. This role has a high focus on customer service, as you’ll work with people across all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the security team on your given shift
• Train new officers
• Help manage schedules to ensure zero dark posts during your shift
• Act as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring client security requirements are met
• Perform customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• State security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (additional trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of corporate security supervisor experience (preferably two years)
• 21 years of age or older
• Active driver’s license
• Up-to-date security supervisor experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills

Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $34/hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Saturday / Sunday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• Monday - Wednesday: 10:00pm - 6:30am
