Security Supervisor

About the Role

As a Tactical Security Supervisor, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is crucial. This role requires strong observational skills and physical ability, as you will be patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers throughout your shift. Previous supervisory experience in security and GSOC experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• State security license if required

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Schedule

• Lead Supervisor: 8am to 4pm
• Sunday to Thursday: 12am to 8am
• Friday to Sunday and Tuesday: 4pm to 12am

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $27.00. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
