About the role

Piper Companies is hiring a Security Specialist for a leading worldwide tech organization located in RTP, NC. The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and onsite work in RTP, NC five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Assistant Facility Security Officers (AFSOs)
• Initiate and process security clearances
• Perform indoctrinations and program briefings
• Act as security administrators for the program
• Provide personnel escort for ICD build enhancements (existing and new spaces)

Requirements

• Active TS with SCI eligibility
• Open to candidates transitioning from physical security to industrial security or those with some industrial security exposure
• Experience processing clearances in DISS or experience working with an AFSO is preferred
• Availability to work onsite in RTP 5 days a week

Pay

$80,000 - $105,000
