Security Specialist - Cloud

About the role

This role is for a Specialist Director, Cloud Security responsible for leading cloud security governance across AWS and Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing security posture, risk remediation, compliance, and continuous monitoring
• Managing enterprise cloud asset and firewall governance
• Driving accountability across technical and business teams to address security risks
• Defining security strategies and establishing security baselines
• Partnering with various leaders to embed security into cloud and AI initiatives
• Managing Cyber Managed Services delivery
• Handling incident and change management
• Ensuring high-quality service through collaboration with stakeholders and global teams

Requirements

• At least eight years of cybersecurity experience, including leadership in cloud security, governance, and risk management
• Technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, IAM, CSPM/CNAPP platforms, and security frameworks
• Strong influencing skills
• Experience with enterprise security programs
• Ability to manage multiple engagements
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to travel as needed
