Full-Time, Exempt Location: On-site, Scottsdale, AZ We are currently seeking an individual to join our team that is self-driven and a system troubleshooter at heart. The individual will need to be able to effectively communicate with our clients regarding the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of their security platforms by monitoring and managing these systems remotely. Additionally, the ideal candidate will need to understand how to set priorities on incoming tasks with minimal assistance. Prior SIEM or EDR configuration experience is a must and Linux system administration experience is strongly preferred. Your primary responsibilities will be designing and implementing best-practice based configurations and customizations on customer systems, including SIEM, EDR, NDR, Email Security, Digital Risk, Data Pipeline, and others. Other responsibilities will include maintenance, monitoring, system upgrades, and troubleshooting on these systems as well. This position is a blend of security engineering as well as system administration. This position is located in our Scottsdale, AZ office. What You Will Be Doing Providing Engineering support for SIEM, EDR, NDR, Email security, and Data Pipeline technologiesLeading the administration, upgrading, and support of a variety of systems (Linux, Windows, Azure)Utilizing progressive troubleshooting skillsIntegrating diverse systems and automating tasksDemonstration of understanding advanced networking conceptsInterfacing directly with customers to understand their needs and provide timely, accurate solutions What You Bring To Lumifi A minimum of 3+ years technical support, sys administration, and/or security engineering related experienceSolid understanding of IT systems, networking, domains, and enterprise applicationsExperience with one of more of the following SIEM, EDR, and/or NDR platforms, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting:SIEMs such as Exabeam, Elastic, LogRhythm, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM, RSA NetWitness, and/or Stellar CyberEndpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems such as Crowdstrike, Elastic, Microsoft Defender, Palo Alto Cortex XDR, and/or SentinelOneNetwork Detection and Response (NDR) systems such as ExtraHop, LogRhythm, RSA NetWitness, and/or VectraExperience or familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCPThorough Linux knowledge, including scripting and command line Ability to identify system faults, triage, troubleshooting, and see issues through to resolutionCandidate should be able to react quickly, decisively, and deliberately in high stress situationsAbility to learn new technologies quicklyAbility to communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers while working on other complex issues or tasksWillingness to participate in on-call rotation Benefits Include: Recharge in Style: Need some downtime?
