Security Site Supervisor Third Shift - Downtown

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all aspects of the security function on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Maintain contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as necessary.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding their duties.
• Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass state licensing tests if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicles.
• Ability to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• At least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed).
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Attention to detail.

Pay & Schedule

• $24.00 / Hour paid WEEKLY.
