About the role
Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Site Supervisor for a high-profile healthcare facility. The role requires managing daily operations, training, and ensuring compliance with various regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Site Operations
- Coordinate and conduct training for Security Personnel
- Ensure compliance with First Aid/CPR/AED training requirements
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and investigate incidents
- Perform access control and visitor management audits
- Create and update Access Control Clearances
- Complete daily site audits and compile monthly reports
- Plan, schedule, and present training based on the training calendar
- Provide information briefings and training sessions
- Maintain technical proficiency and review policies and procedures
- Identify, analyze, and solve problems to improve operations
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and data
- Communicate staffing needs to the Security Account Manager
- Identify, interview, and hire quality candidates
- Develop staff in both technical and professional skills
- Assure that employee grievances are heard and resolved
- Update personnel records accurately
- Utilize WinTeam for scheduling and report production
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and clinical staff
- Mediate conflicts with tact and diplomacy
- Compile, interpret, and document information accurately
Requirements
- Security experience
- Supervisor experience
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Experience restraining combative patients, performing morgue duties, and receiving vaccinations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass state-required training or qualifications for licensing
- Pass state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Successfully complete company-provided training related to less lethal methodologies
- Successfully complete company-provided CPR certification within 60 days of hire
- One or more of the following: Associate’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience, minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in the security industry, at least 18 years old, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to use scheduling/reporting software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to operate radios, telephones, and security monitoring equipment
- Strong problem-solving, situational assessment, and decision-making skills
- Ability to mediate conflict with tact and diplomacy
- Commitment to patient-centered service and trauma-informed care

Pay
$20.40/hour
Schedule
Full Time Schedule: Monday- Wednesday - 0700-1900, Thursday 0700-1300
