Security Site Supervisor

Secureone Security Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at an assigned site, including officer inspections and branch training/support.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to assigned officers, assisting with all areas of responsibility as needed.
• Offer site support, including inspections of assigned personnel.
• Manage, motivate, coach, and formally evaluate the performance of all assigned staff and officers.
• Assist in developing and implementing measurement and evaluation tools for efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and cost/benefit analysis of responsibilities.
• Recommend creation, modification, and updates of policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for the assigned site/account.
• Assist in developing and implementing controls for accurate and timely patrol and alarm response activities.
• Respond proactively to incidents at the site and coordinate proper response and internal notifications as needed.
• Continually review all aspects of the site/account for potential improvements and profitability.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with client operations.
• Resolve potential issues, concerns, or threats at the assigned site/account with office management.
• Demonstrate excellent conceptual and critical thinking skills, presenting ideas clearly and compellingly with attention to detail.
• Exhibit emotional intelligence, strong people skills, and the ability to develop and manage successful business relationships with clients.
• Maintain a strong personal presence, credibility, and high integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to attend supervisory/managerial scheduled meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid security license as required by the state of application.
• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive security experience.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test as a condition of employment.
• Must maintain current active status of all required licenses and carry the license at all times while on duty.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of security experience.
• 2-3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
