Responsibilities

Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.

• Leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise
• Learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures
• Work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations
• Respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication

Requirements

• 10 years of supervisory experience
• A clean driving record (able to pass DMV Check)
• Prior Military or Law Enforcement Experience
• OG&P/Plant experience preferred
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)
• Customer service experience is a plus

$25 per hour DOE
