Security Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards.
• Keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service; communicate with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.
• Responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if needed, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers supervised.
• Learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations.
• Respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Active Level 2 Security License.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Working smartphone.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, report writing, etc.).
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Pay

$25 per hour (DOE).

Schedule

Monday-Friday Day/Swing shift.
