Security Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of security function including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• Maintenance of contract-required training and screening elements
• Quality assurance and contract compliance through inspections
• Performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Productivity and cost reduction recommendations
• Physical security surveys and post orders
• Recommendations for disciplinary actions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Minimum of one year of successful supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license if required to drive company vehicles
• Basic knowledge of radio or telephone equipment
• Ability to pass state licensing tests if required
• Ability to pass state-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• At least 21 years of age for role
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
