Security Site Protection Manager

About the role
The Site Security Lead is accountable for the day-to-day operations of an assigned customer site, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees; develop and retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively keep the site safe and secure. Meet or exceed service level agreement and operational goals; provide quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
- Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations
- Enhance Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property
- Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams
- Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)
Requirements
- 10+ years of civilian law enforcement experience
- 2+ years of management, operations, or supervisory experience
- Experience hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining staff
- Able to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, diverse teams, and client needs
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
- State/local licensing requirements may apply prior to employment
Preferred Qualifications
- American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification
- Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience
- Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration
Pay
From $99,131.20 - $113,131.20 / Yearly
