Job Summary
The Site Manager oversees all security operations at a high-profile client site. Reporting to the Alliance Account Manager, this role serves as the primary liaison between the client, on-site staff, and Alliance departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site security operations and personnel.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address service concerns.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management.
- Ensure completion of incident reports, DARs, and other required documentation.
- Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and security procedures.
- Manage site inventories, equipment, badges, and supplies.
- Coordinate contractor and vendor access.
- Verify timesheets, staffing records, and billing documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Previous security management, hospitality, or related leadership experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with incident reporting, access control, and CCTV systems preferred.
Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
