Security Shift Supervisor - Warehouse

About the Role

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Utilize intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Licensing requirements as mandated by state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• For driving positions: valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record (no major violations within the last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in the last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in the last 24 months), minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test (may also require a driver’s record check).
