Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed

About the role

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site in Greenville, SC. You will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on your assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved guidelines
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• 2+ years of security experience
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience (for driving positions)
• Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet
• Resume preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Must pass a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment

Schedule

• Workdays: Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Shifts Available: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift)
• Employment Type: Full Time

Pay

Starting base pay: $22.95 per hour
