Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed

Responsibilities

• Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
• Function as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.
• Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees.
• Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, if appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• A Valid Driver’s license
• Valid Florida Security License D License
• 2 years of Security Supervisor experience
• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Required, ability to use a computer or tablet
• Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• Ability to manage both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

Schedule

Split Shift: Friday and Saturday, 12:00am -8:00am; Sunday and Monday, 4:00pm - 12:00am
