Security Shift Supervisor - Third Shift

As a Professional Security Shift Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site, acting as a liaison between site supervision, account/field operations management, and professional security officers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
• Supervise staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• For driving positions: valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record (no major violations in last 36 months, no more than one accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), minimum required insurance, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test (may include a driver’s record check).
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various environments (cold weather, rain/snow, heat).
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

Pay

$27.81 per hour, paid weekly.
