Job Description

Now Hiring Security Shift Supervisors to work in the areas of Coral Gables, FL! As an Security Shift Supervisor , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $20.60/per hour
• Location: Coral Gables, FL
• Full-Time: Saturday- Sunday, (6am- 2pm) Monday (10pm- 6am)

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have (No Exceptions): Active driver’s license Valid Florida Security License D License 2+ Years Shift Supervisor Security Experience
• Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21+ years of age
• Required, ability to use computer or tablet
• Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site
• Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/ selection , scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support
• Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate , emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
