About the role

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the community. This includes monitoring surveillance systems, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain surveillance systems and respond to alarms
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations
• Interact with residents and visitors in a professional manner
• Perform routine patrols of the community

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least one year of experience in a security-related field
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Qualifications

• Physical fitness and stamina
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
